What Is Covered

Polyethylene Tanks: 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
Major Components: 3-year warranty on major parts and vacuum motor (or up to 2,000 hours, whichever comes first)
Pumps: 1-year warranty
Wheels & Casters: 1-year warranty
Labour: 1-year coverage when serviced by an authorized Dustbane service center
Travel: 90-day limited travel coverage (battery-operated units only, within service limits)

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear items and service parts (including carbon brushes, electric cords, gaskets, switches, brass fittings)
Normal maintenance and replacement of service items
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper chemicals, or unauthorized repairs
Damage caused by non-approved replacement parts
Freight charges for replacement parts (unless deemed defective and returned within 30 days)
