PRODUCT WARRANTY

Gladiator Series: 464, 512, 664, 1050, 1280 and 1404

What Is Covered

• Polyethylene Tanks: 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Major Electrical Components: 3-year warranty
• Fan & Brush Motors: 3-year warranty (or up to 2,000 hours, whichever comes first)
• Batteries & Chargers: 1-year pro-rated warranty when maintained according to manufacturer specifications
• Wheels & Casters: 1-year warranty
• Labour: 1-year coverage when serviced by an authorized Dustbane service center
• Travel: 90-day limited travel coverage (battery-operated units only, within service limits)

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear items (including but not limited to brushes, filters, switches, gaskets, painted parts, belts)
• Normal maintenance services and replacement of service items
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper chemicals, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by non-approved replacement parts or non-genuine Dustbane batteries

• Freight charges for replacement parts (unless deemed defective and returned within 30 days)
