Overview

M12 SC Floor Stripper is a fast-acting, low-foaming formula designed to break down and remove multiple layers of floor finish with ease. Safe on most flooring types when used as directed, it quickly loosens stubborn buildup and leaves surfaces clean and ready for recoating.

M12 Floor Stripper is a complete floor stripping system. It comes with the Eco Easy Fill in a spray-ready format, ensuring faster, accurate dilution and easy application across large floor areas. This reduces setup time greatly and simplifies the stripping process for improved labour efficiency.

A single 2L bottle of M12 Floor Stripper yields up to 8 × 20L pails of floor-stripping solution, delivering exceptional value and reducing chemical handling and storage requirements.

M12 is Ideal for commercial, education, institutional, and industrial facilities to be used as a ready-to-spray format with Eco-Easy Fill, or it can also be used as part of our comprehensive facility cleaning solution, the ModularFlex System.

How to use

With ModularFlex System: Install M12 in one of the ModularFlex slots, set dilution as needed. Dispense directly into mop buckets or autoscrubber (no manual mixing required).

With Eco Easy Fill: Screw the Yellow Eco Easy Fill (1:40) tightly and connect to a cold water source. The water flows through the unit, and the venturi pressure pulls the correct amount of concentrate with the water.

For floor stripping: Apply with a mop or autoscrubber in manageable sections. Allow the solution to dwell up to 10 minutes, depending on the layers of finish. Agitate with floor pads or equipment. Do not allow the solution to dry and reapply if needed. Remove with a wet/dry vacuum or autoscrubber and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
