Sealers
Floor sealers are able to protect your existing flooring investment from future abrasions and dirt as well as improve floor safety. They considerably reduce maintenance costs. One thing to remember, is that floor sealers and floor finishes are not the same products. Sealers are used for building a base before you apply a finish and, given their high solids percentage, they exhibit little or no shine. A sealed, unfinished floor will have a dull or matte appearance.
