Introduction

Your new product from Dustbane Products Limited is covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase. This includes all new units and accessories (some exceptions apply) manufactured or supplied by Dustbane Products Limited and delivered to the original retail purchaser by an authorized Dustbane distributor.

Should your product have a defect in material or workmanship under normal use and care within the outline warranty period, contact an authorized Dustbane service centre for instructions on how to proceed.

The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to normal maintenance services and the replacement of service items as required in the Dustbane Recommended Maintenance Schedule nor to any unit of Dustbane equipment which has been subject to:

misuse
negligence
accident
water damage or exposure to humidity
inadequate storage method
use of inappropriate accessories, parts or chemicals
service by an unauthorized Dustbane repair depot

Warranty Claim Process

If a product or one of its parts qualifies for replacement or servicing during the warranty period, contact an authorized Dustbane Service Center for further instructions of how to proceed.

You will need the product model number, serial number, date of purchase and distributor name.

If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period begins 1 month after the sale of the product from Dustbane to the authorized distributor.

Liability

Neither Dustbane Products Limited nor any authorized Dustbane distributor shall be liable for any claims or damages (including, but not limited to, consequential damage and loss of income) resulting from any failure of Dustbane equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Dustbane Products Limited is not responsible for claims or damages resulting from service delays while in performance of the obligations under this Warranty; nor for loss or damages while the product is in transit.

No Other Warranty Applies

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and there are no further conditions, warranties or representations (oral or written) except for those stated in this warranty.

Neither Dustbane Products Limited, any authorized Dustbane distributor, any salesperson or employees thereof, nor any other person is authorized to make any statement or representation concerning the obligations of Dustbane as to the new equipment unit purchased. Dustbane Products Limited will not assume any obligation made by any such statement unless otherwise stated within this warranty.

The purchaser upon purchasing any unit of Dustbane equipment accompanied by this warranty agrees to accept the protection provided and the limitations as being both sufficient and commercially reasonable.

How To Use

Surfaces must be pre-cleaned before using this product. Spray this solution onto surface. Allow the surface to remain thoroughly wet for at least 1 minute. Drain surface of excess liquid and allow to air dry on the treated surface. No rinsing required.
